Pacific Building Building Care is a full service commercial janitorial building maintenance company. We have operated in San Luis Obispo California since 1983. At Pacific Building Care our cleaning model begins on day one. Our cleaners go through a developed training program provided by our operations managers. This training course is a matter of weeks which is designed to educate crews with the professional janitorial techniques, proper chemical use, operating equipment and safety. The training doesn't end there, we also teach customer service, workplace etiquette, proper attire and emergency/security procedures.

On Site

Pacific Building Care has used the Communication Log Book from the beginning. This tool is used on a daily basis for customers to be able to exchange minor requests and observations to the cleaning crew quickly and easily.

Performing building inspections has always played an important role for Pacific Building Care's quality assurance program since it is what helps an organization achieve our quality objectives; to assure customers that it is positioned to deliver quality services on a regular basis. Building inspections provide the necessary feedback in order to measure the cleaning services being provided to all our customers we strive for; quality work.


Our corporate office is located in San Luis Obispo, California and is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We also have a 24/7 emergency line for after hour needs.
