Pacific Building Care is a full service commercial janitorial building maintenance company. We have operated in San Luis Obispo California since 1983. As a locally owned and operated business, we are personally committed to upholding a standard of excellence in our work. Training
At Pacific Building Care our cleaning model begins on day one. Our cleaners go through a developed training program provided by our operations managers. This training course is a matter of weeks which is designed to educate crews with the professional janitorial techniques, proper chemical use, operating equipment and safety. The training doesn’t end there, we also teach customer service, workplace etiquette, proper attire and emergency/security procedures.
Detailed Cleaning Schedule
Pacific Building Care will address your specific cleaning requirements with a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cleaning schedule within your budget. Eliminating guesswork but with peace of mind.
Communication
Communication is key to our operation’s success. We use real time communication technology such as PDA’s, cell phones, and full-time office personnel to ensure timely and effective communication between our staff and clients. Corporate identification is implemented by issuing photo ID and company shirts worn by all workers and supervisors.
On Site
Pacific Building Care has used the Communication Log Book from the beginning. This tool is used on a daily basis for customers to be able to exchange minor requests and observations to the cleaning crew quickly and easily.
Inspections
At Pacific Building Care our goal is to ensure customers with quality cleaning , meeting their cleaning needs and specifications is the foundation of our success. Performing building inspections has always played an important role for Pacific Building Care's quality assurance program since it is what helps an organization achieve our quality objectives; to assure customers that it is positioned to deliver quality services on a regular basis. Building inspections provide the necessary feedback in order to measure the cleaning services being provided to all our customers we strive for; quality work.
Availability
Our corporate office is located in San Luis Obispo, California and is open Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. We also have a 24/7 emergency line for after hour needs.
